@Prada, would like to know your read on me.

 

Well, the thought process would be "I'm reading Basil's play and it strikes me as off". I was more explicit as to why that was, but fundamentally I also "read Basil's play and felt it was off". For all intents and purposes, we were seeing the same thing there. That's what's good in my book. However, because it's tonal, and because it's not something I feel would be very tough for scum to do either, I only slightly lean that way (Town) through it.

I don't think so. I think he knows the reasoning for my actions, and I think he deliberately represented it poorly to fuel his argument. I also think, if nothing else, he's a confident player, certainly prideful of his own abilities, and so I can't say "well, he wouldn't really have to confidence to go for me if he was scum" like I have with Globear.

I disagree on the bolded, by the way. I absolutely think it's scummy. Because what it does is take a conclusion and fit the facts to support it. That's not something Town do (or should be doing, at least). What e should be doing is looking at what was said, and in the process try to discern whether it is inherently scummy or not. He didn't go through that step. Because if he had, he'd know it wasn't scummy in and of itself, not least because it's absolutely in line with my arguments from last game (which he was in) where I was Town.

 

About all this not killing in lynch = town have a chance to win vs killing in lynch = town have a chance to win arguments.

@Prada, what do you think the situation here for townie? Can they possibly win this game? I get an impression that yur game style/mechanic could work very well if all players active contributing but what about our situation now. We certainly not will kill a townie now in this DP but Emily will be modkill(certainly) could potentially be in town side.

How do you see the current situation.

And put your view point into above Ratchet's arguments. Where you see it will leads townie

So far you are my strongest townread atm. You actively scumhunt and share your thoughts. You also try to work as team here with me, so I think you are coming from a townside.
The only thing I disliked is that you didn't mention your thoughts on the Rise-Ratchet tone read stuff until I did.

 

To go along with this, Ans also said strait up that D1 lynches are the norm where he comes from.

 

About the Tone stuff. I don't know these people... at all. I know literally no one from this site (unless I know them under a diff name). So ofc I am going to be a bit slow in mentioning certain things that are more apparent to you who have a bit more meta knowledge of these players. But its prolly a wash anyways.

Its normal to have someone getting lnych in the first DP but we never made that to be a townie game rule by forcing people to kill like its a compulsory move. So I'm quite surprise how some people here pushing for 1dp kill that hard plus abstain=scum play

only thing I am displeased with is that the activity ranges between prada, ratchet, quick, Globear, and ansa. The rest of the players are pretty much dead. Some of them did not even bother to check the thread (panda/shock).

 

And what I learn from here is not how to read a player but about following a set of game play. You see if you break the code, you act like a scum and town will see no light on you.

 

I agree here. It's getting hard to read the game at large when half the players aren't playing. Tagging them doesn't seem to be working either, and I assume if they were hard inactives, they'd be getting subbed out so that tells me they're just lurking.

 

The situation for town? I hope I can win this lol. I mean the lurkers hurt, but I think it's doable if the proper people are scum. Nothing is more annoying to see that the scums are lurkers. So yeah I really hope that the scum takes the game serious here. Keep in mind that it's not all about winning. I personally believe mafia to be more enjoyable when everyone is active.

That being said we should aim to get the lurkers more active. I see that Stink is active right now, so I'll try to get him to post here instead of playing discord popcorn mafia.

I am right now trying to sort Ratchet. I'll post my view points later.

Consider ass moved here, then consider ass going back to bed to go to sleep. Popcorn in bed is much easier than this where everyone jumps on everything in the history of everywhen.

 

I guess you are kinda newish overall even with your 50 games. Right now your arguments are rather poor, but don't worry that will come with time. That being said I am trying to enforce a dp1 lynch here because I personally believe that should be community meta.
