Anime Boku no Hero Academia S2 Discussion!

Bakugo's mad face is so ugly.

Stain's gonna be a great addition to the anime, even if it won't start for a few weeks.

 

Picking names...I expected Deku for Midoriya and Shoto for Shoto but MA MA MAN "KING EXLOPSION MURDER" LMFAO I JUST CAN'T hahahahahahahahaha

Iida hang in there seems interesting what he gonna do and lol All Might made me laugh when he started about Gran Torino

 

Can't wait for the new arc to start! Time for the bad guys to go wild.

I always liked the fact Tenya and Shouto went with their names, it shows a sense of pride and confidence to me.

 

Episode was pretty good. I'm so glad that they are going to focus on making the MC control his powers.

 

...but they picked their names for the exact opposite reasons...?

Shouto picked it because he's still uncertain about his identity and the relation of his power to his father.
Iida was going to pick Ingenium like his brother asked of him as he lied broken in the hospital bed but Iida got cold feet since he feels inadequate to carry the weight of his brother's hero name.

So they went with their own names. Pride and confidence you see in Midoriya using "Deku" even if it was a name that constantly put him down in his younger years, now it's a symbol of his never give attitude.

Anyways, PV2 is quite cool, Stain's gonna be awesome, the League returning is gonna be hectic and training with Gran Torino for Deku to learn Full Cowl will be sweet af.

 

To be fair the manga never explained the reasons why they choose their names either from my memory

 

Digging both the new OP and ED. Judging by the OP, the second cour is going to cover just the next two arcs, they won't have time to get to the training camp arc. Anyways its definitely a good start, this is the beginning where the world building finally gets expanded on, as we see how the hero business works, along with how the villains are driven. Deku's finally taking the first steps to controlling his power, but still has a long way to go(obviously).

 

Great episode,Iida is so badass but that's to reckless,he can't do anything so unexperienced :/ some villain fights coming,can't wait!!!

 

It seems some action is coming!

I'm looking forward for it.

 

Ah some hype shit is about to go down, I can guarantee that.

 

The new opening is perfectly fitting the mood of this arc, but i still love the first one alot more.
Can't wait for the hype to be animated and the reactions of the Anime only viewers.

 

Now that i think of it stain isnt that bad instead he is a good villian or in my oppnion a true hero.I see what he is doing and I dont see anything bad with it. Apart from the various killings and such, but his ideas are acually good.

 

Yeah, he's a villain you can sort of sympathize with and understand. You just can't get behind his methods though.
