No, not at all. I know I get results after phase ends, not during the middle of the day. If that was the case it would be at the very least a day coroner, not a coroner. CF never made this distinction.

 

When did I see you play as scum? Last game you wasn't a Serial, or even scum. You were a Savage turned Survivor. And then the only other one was this game. I don't know what you were in the Championship game you played in, which I read a little of but not enough to finish Day 1, so when am I supposed to have seen you play scum?

Well if I go for Prada I'm going all in on my current read on the game. I'm not prepared to go all in. The gun I gift is supposed to be a last ditch chance if possible to repair the **** up here, giving it to Prada would be totally redundant as if we don't **** up here we should still be alright. Effectively, it's me not putting all my chips in one hand.

I wonder why scum aren't trying to hammer it? Dunno if majority will lock in the lynch but I'd imagine there would be more willingness from scum if you are town to jump on board.

 

Didn't say that for SK, no. As SK I just try to play like I am Town.

 

Prolly because hammer to end the day early isn't in effect this game. Its plurality lynch not simple majority with plurality.

 

I understand the difference Quick. It's still pedantic. In context, it doesn't really mean much. Prada was making an off-handed comment regarding you not knowing something I'd already covered in thread, after you called him out for doing something similar. The exact wording doesn't really change his point, nor does it make it any more or less meaningful - it;s still just an offhanded comment.

 

I played horrible this game. Prolly not as bad as Nick tho.

 

Wouldn't "Day Coroner" be redundant in a setup with no night phase though? I mean I see your point here, but given the restriction on it I could see it giving instant results. How useless would it be if it gave results the day after the day following the persons death? Pretty useless.

 

lets look at the claims so far:

I claim even day gunsmith
Ningen was an even or odd NK
Nick was an even or odd Tracker
Maple claims 1-shot vig
Ratchet claims 1-shot something that passes a gun
CF claims just plain Coroner IIRC.

given this, my claim is more believable since it matches with the other dead PRs.

 

It doesn't matter how useful it would be because that is how the role works. Also, you could say the same about your role as well.

 

If it's any consolation you're not the only one who feels this way (about their own play). I said this to Prada, but after Ningen flipped Town I checked out of this game mentally and was utterly lost for reads through most of it. I'd be just as lost here if we didn't have the claim from Falcon. I think I'm right on this, but if I'm wrong I'm quite happy to accept my fair share of the blame. I've played like shit.

True, but I consider my role pretty useless anyway. The risk of giving an extra kill to scum is just way too much to take to actually use it in any situation aside from very specific ones where you have confirmed town and more than one confirmed scum or like here where it's a hail mary.

 

They first said they were one shot, but then changed it to say that they could only use it on D3 or later.

Not at all useless when OGC is a thing in this game.

Looking through this thread, almost everything is pitted against Quick ever since CF went out and said that Quick killed Rot via claim. Like, I'm not going to argue Quick's ability to defend (or hell, his entire play), I'm in no position to debate whether or not someone is good at something considering I'm a noob myself, but like, something about this situation feels really off? I'm looking through all of this and I wasn't sure if I should believe in Quick because no matter how I look at it, there's still that element of "well it makes sense if this was the case" no matter which side I'm taking. Yes, it's not implausible that Quick came up with that scheme to drag me into whatever plot scum came up with as mentioned before, but like, it's not exactly impossible that CF just, well, straight up claimed to destroy the possible town core? Like, if Prada actually went through he said about clearing me, Quick, and himself, that would leave 4 people from the remaining, 3 of them being scum assuming the ratio is the same as last game, which is severely disadvantageous to scum if that was the case, even at lylo.

But really, correct me if I'm wrong because there's a lot of swinging back and forth for this day phase, but isn't the only 'evidence' against Quick is CF's claim and everything that happened to fall into place? Likewise, if I take the other side, wouldn't the only thing against CF is well, Quick's claim and there's a good reason why it would happen? Is everything after that is just debate over things that may or may not be relevant? It would be helpful if someone came with a list why Quick is sus and possible reasons to doubt CF.
