A crazy ass guy who runs around almost completely naked, save for a pee stained pink speedo. He is a mean drunk, but also a meaner sober. If you anger him, he will shout in his native language (gobbese) which can only be understood by a select few, then proceed to beat you with a beer bottle and piss on you. You will never walk again.

You want to know how successful the GST portal has been? Only 40 to 45% of assessees have filed GST returns for the past two months. Also, the 90000+ crore which the government claimed to have collected in July? It's ******* inflated. Two thirds of that goes to input credit and carry forward claims. The department claims it will probe unsubstantiated transitional credit and input claims. Of course, they'll only go after mid-range assessees, not give a **** about small assessees, and just turn a blind eye to large assessees. ******* useless.
