I consulted my parents about walnuts and sleep. My father warned me that I should be careful because it can cause severe diarrhea if you overdo it. I got surprisingly simple suggestion- warm milk.

Also I learned that I probably will have the same problems with sleep as my mother. For no reason waking up in the middle of night, get nervous because you SHOULD sleep but CAN'T, which causes it to be even harder to fall asleep. This sucks.
To me additionally it is panic attacks and arythmia fear.

And if I am in "I am piece of shit" mode like it often happens, I can barely even fall asleep

 

Never got why sleeping in class is such a problem. if the guy doesn't want to pay attention cool. He's the one who's missing out. Sometimes you just need to rest your eyes or unwind for a little. So pathetic of that teacher honestly.

If I were a teacher, I honestly wouldn't give a **** about anyone sleeping in my class. If they just stayed quite and didn't make trouble, that'd be good enough.
