You act like you get these types of teams 24/7. If you're good enough, you'll carry yourself out of Plat eventually. If you can't then you're where you belong.

 

Question, what would you think is better, to pick someone you actually know how to use and get flack for it, or flexing a position?

 

LMFAO you have no idea at all about this game t

It's just luck...if you have people with brain then you win,if you don't you lose simple as...

 

Flexing is always the better option, but if you're exceptional with one character and you're climbing the ladder that way, then "why fix it if it ain't broke".

I do have an idea, because I play this game and I'm ranked higher than you lol. Point is, you don't get those troll comps 24/7, hence you should be able to rank up if you really were a better player.

But you either:

a) Belong in your rank.
b) Can't improve because you always have a scapegoat for your mistakes.

 

then you have no idea like I said

even if you are grandmaster but matched with noobs you won't progress

 

So you think you're a Grandmaster level player?

A GM can definitely carry noobs. What're you on about? I've done it myself.

Mercy will forever be dumb so long as she has a revive mechanic.

 

Flexing could be considered a double edge sword from my experience. While it makes you more useful than a One-Trick player because of the ability to play different roles, it can also cause you problems in which either the One-Trick is still no good with their role and brings the team down, or your skill cap with different characters is not very high due to not having ample amounts of experience with them yourself, and so you become a burden as well. I' noticed this when other players claimed to flex, and did a terrible job.

Now like it has been stated. If you play a game and find someone who is forced into a role they cannot play, and you can flex. It will be a much better option to allow that player to play their favored role rather than keep them there and make the game more difficult for others.

The thing is if you have a shitty soldier or widow in your team but you have pharah in enemy team you are doomed.I always pick heal since I know I'll do my job perfectly so how do you deal with something if you have 2 shitty dps in team? You suffer 'cause of bad players who won't listen.Sadly OW community is full of toxic and trollers...

 

I won't deny that it takes a lot to pull through with a team, but if you are able to play in a way were you can counter them, then you have a chance of winning, and even carrying the team, it just comes down to strategy. However, even then it takes a lot to pull through such things and very little times will you be succesful

 

You sound like the typical "I'm great at the game and deserve to be Top 500 but others hold me back" type of guy.
