First we need to explain what kind of shooting someone is doing.

As we see in first picture,Padme is going for that very angry I'll get you aim.
Luke is a maniac and he knows exactly what he is doing,he is an expert murderer with that face expression.
Leia doesn't know what she is doing so that's out of the question.
Rey in the other hand has the same expression like when I see someone saying bad things about her so that's an obvious answer.

Rey takes the cake this time.

 

Yup. I agree with your assessments on Padme and Rey.

As for Luke: I partially agree. He looks like a maniac going about happily killing anyone who stands in his way. But he also has that "I don't know what the **** is going on so Imma just shoot everything as that makes the most sense right now" look.

Leia: She looks like she's either having a stroke or @Globear just smacked her derrière with a giant dildo.
