Just finished Rebels, binged from 10 to the finale, and I'm pleasantly surprised to say I was half right at my predictions. I loved the battle, it felt less like plot armor for once and more of a well thought out strategy. Only gripe is Thrawn's not leading an imperial remnant in the unknown regions that helped nurture the First Order... I would say Ezra's gone, but given a non-force trained Leia could survive space, Ezra probably can. Kanan's death was so sad... I'm glad he went out the way he did though, it gave me a lot of new respect for him.

Also, what was through that portal? Was Palp actually being benevolent, so long as it got him his power?

I liked the tie ins to the EU, like Jacen, the red guards, and Palleon being made canon. Though... He's likely dead.

 

Okay, that was amazing timing.

When the f@ck did Kanan and Hera make a baby? When? Just when did they get it on? He has Kanan's cyan eyes. Okay... Is he Force sensitive as well? What?

Kanan pulled a Goku. He put a baby in his alien waifu and then went and died helping to save a planet. He even died in a big explosion.

Thrawn... I don't know what to think of his fate. I just don't. May be we'll see him again. May be.

Rukh. He got cooked. Holy hell... The way he was screaming.

Pryce actually went out like a badass. I thought she was pathetic when she was begging for Ezra to make the wolf leave her alone. But in the end, she stayed true to who she really is and stared death in the face. I must say, that is worthy of some respect.

Ezra... That character development. He went from us screaming "God Damn It Ezra!" to "Good Going Ezra". He really matured, unlike most shounen protagonists.

And about Palpatine: He was most likely tempting Ezra with something that could not be achieved. Star Wars explained talked about this. History cannot be changed. Ezra's parents are dead and nothing can change that. He was just tempting Ezra with something that could not have been real, so he could actually get "Unlimited Powah".

Pellaeon was heard speaking and seemed fine after his blockade fleet was decimated. This means he likely got into a shuttle or escape pod before his star destroyer was ripped apart. Given how massive popular of a character he was in the Legends EU and given that he's alive, we're likely to see him in future content. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Pellaeon in Thrawn: Alliances.

Ahsoka is back again! I wonder what will become of her. She'd be in her late 60s by the time of Force Awakens and Luke is the last Jedi at that time. She and Ezra have to have something happen to them by that time.

I had to cringe from shock when I heard Rukh, didn't expect something that brutal to make it into Rebels. Though, we did even see full on blood coming from the troopers when the wolves fought them.

Aye, I loved Ezra this season. Oddly enough, in my view on the first two he was by far my least favourite up until Twilight of The Apprentice, I think Maul and seeing Ahsoka 'die' and facing Vader all had a massive effect on his growth, not to mention Kanan losing his sight.

I sure hope Pellaeon (thanks for reminding my how to spell his name, damn things greek translated through french and into italian or something) does appear again, hopefully leading to some of the EU-esque scenarios.

Aye, I was surprised to see Ahsoka alive, though I think she may at least survive as long as Luke, due to not being a 'jedi'. I think she becomes for the neutral/gray Force what Luke was to the Light, a last bastion who tries to reassemble it.

 

So Trump is now blaming video games for gun violence. Video games are the problem, not gun control laws, right...
