    seems like a fun time to a filthy genwunner normalfag like me. But if there's no online play (idrc, but others) and no wild battles, that's a massive ball-drop.

    Idk about wild battles but there were trainer battles so maybe some online but then again this seems like its marketed to the casual pokemon go player so who knows. Theres also another pokemon game coming in the second half of 2019 so I assume that one will be more traditional while this is a spin off so to say.

    Dunno. Apparently confirmed in a press no online. Yeah, outside of chibi trainers, it looks okay. Yes, that is the core rpg, this is a spin off basically from what I can tell.
