People end up homeless for various reasons. Leading causes vary from country to country.

- In the USA, people often end up losing everything due to criminally high medical treatment costs (I'm talking hundreds of thousands of dollars per year). They can also end up homeless via predatory loans (both secured and unsecured loans).
- In India and other Asian countries reasons can include gambling debts, other debts, medical costs, education and marriage expenses, business failure, lack of affordable housing, being born into poverty, even domestic violence (among homeless women).

People try, but it is often simply not enough. The fact is that the middle-classes and upper-classes in a lot of developing nations simply don't care enough about their homeless, while developed nations such as the US are in denial about the true magnitude of the homelessness situation (and any move to help homeless people is dismissed as "but that is socialism and is therefore evil").

What is especially sad about the Uyghur community (who are mostly Muslim) is that China's treatment of them has resulted in Al-Qaeda and ISIL tapping into their frustrations for recruitment (and yes, there have been attacks perpetrated by militant Islamist members of that community). And that has resulted in China cracking down even harder on them.

 

it does not matter to them

Chinese have reverse engineered western and soviet Jets;Helicopters;SAM system used unfair means of trade to keep its monopoly has submerged Tajikistan and Sri Lanka in debt while grabbing their lands and ports in exchange thus violating a number of international treaties.

They wont care if its a child. They need to improve their image so the can expand their Neo Colonialism in Africa and Asia

number of massacre's took place during Qing rule in china ie Dzungar massacre in west to yangzhou massacre in east. The purpose was similar to American colonialism or Russian exapanism to exterminate locals and put Han chinese in place of them so new local population would remain loyal to the rule

They can't exterminate or kill the Uyghur's or Tibetan's now becoz it will create massive international buzz and will affect the economy heavily sov they are trying to build a mass surveillance state to monitor them.

Also the communist party hates religious people Uyghur's are muslim while Tibetan's are Buddhist and want to people to believe that only Communist party is one Supreme being in China.

No one cares about them since Muslim world in Middle East hate Americans and Europeans interventions they think chinese of as an alternate source of investment and arms import while Countries in East Asia know about chinese expansionism aka South China sea dispute and its rising power so they are interested in avoiding than countering any chinese threat that may arise in future
