Ate for lunch:
Rice with lemon rasam and two applas
Two oranges

Drank:
Fresh yoghurt

 

Haven't eaten anything since morning, gotta eat

 

Ate for dinner:
Some shitty theatre pizza with crust like cardboard, stale cheese, and sauce with way too much salt.
Then went to a good place called Cafe Mondo and had some amazing pasta (penne with bechamel sauce, roasted pumpkin, caramelized onion, roasted spinach, and roasted garlic)

Drank:
Tea

The pasta I had tonight was some of the best pasta I have ever had. More than made up for the crappy pizza.

You are a 24 year old boy. Your appetite isn't likely to be small. You should eat and eat well.
