It's canned tuna mixed with creme fraiche (sour creme?), lemon, salt and peber
Potentially butter if you're feeling fancy ^^

 

Drank:
Ginger tea

Ate for breakfast:
Two sapotas
One orange
Two idlis with onion sambar

Drank:
Fresh yoghurt

 

Milk and had some nice stew for dinner.

What kind of pizza?

 

It was called bartolini. Mozzarella, tomato, chicken, beef, mushrooms

 

Is Bartolini the name of the pizzeria or that particular pizza?

 

Rye bread with butter, salad, tomatoes, cucumber and chicken

They look simular, but the only spice used in "frikadeller" is salt and peber,
where keema cutlets have all those yummy things *.*

 

Finished up the leftovers on hamburger helper, and now drinking beer.

Yeah. They can also have mashed potatoes, peas, other vegetables, even ginger-garlic paste in there. The spices are not a choice. It has to have various spices in it to qualify as a proper Keema cutlet.
