I dropped the series after the Dressrosa arc, because it just felt like the author had given up
on his characters during it. I mean even the heart felt moments where so bland, it made me
want to throw stuff out my window >.<;

why didnt they just use the stones to revive iron man?

Note the inability to bring back Gamora and Natasha with the stones due to them being prices paid for obtaining stones. Hulk even goes out of his way to state that he tried to bring Natasha back. Tony sacrificed himself for one usage. That was his price. I doubt they could bring him back.

Thanos and Hulk suffered with half their bodies under necrosis (after just one usage) only due to their monstrous durability and resilience. I doubt even Thor and Captain Marvel could match their endurance. Who else would be willing to pay such a price or even potentially die to save one soul? And only for all of it to most likely fail?

They could have potentially used the Time Stone to undo a local event (like what Thanos did with Vision). But that would have likely had ramifications (such as the undoing of Tony's snap).

Nah, sacrificing yourself for the soul stone was nothing like using the stones. All the usage did was hurt you a lot with the massive surge of energy. That's it. That's why they simply needed someone really buff to tank the damage. Thanos and Hulk just recovered later on with Thanos even being able to fight after destroying the stones which is on a whole other level than using them. Tony died a regular death from being rekt by that energy. (Most likely had his internal organs fried given what happened to his skin) Give the Hulk some time to recover and don the gauntlet again and bam you got your main hero back. There's no reason why it would fail. They brought back half a universe and got through it. Reviving just one dude is a childs play.

Regardless you can't justify noone even trying to bring him back after literally having the whole thing revolve around bringing people back lel Earth's mightiest heroes all didn't even care to try yea right lol

Chris and Robert's were the reason why others weren't getting much of screentime ie their popularity literally overshadowed others. So in a way its good they would be giving us fresh char arc in Phase 4
Trying to milk char to no ends up badly for franchise aka X Men or to an extention Naruto

the relationship they build up btn iron man and spiderman makes it necessary for for Iron man to play some role in spidey movies thus literally impacting the focus on core spidey chars
