One hard boiled egg with pepper-cumin powder

Drank:
Ceylon Uva tea (before dinner)

I've had veg sausage rolls with cheese. They were splendid.

 

Some snacks (chocolate)

Milk drink. and some thai lollie snacks.

 

Ate for breakfast:
Some papaya
One banana
Some watermelon
Menthya palav with onion chutney

Drank:
Ceylon Uva tea (before breakfast)
Fresh full fat yoghurt (after breakfast)

Chocolate

 

I drank milk and ate some yummy red curry: EDIT: found some leftover noodle stirfry. eating that instead

Yeah and all home made too da best.

Vegetable upma

Drank:
Horse gram huli with full fat yoghurt

 

A coke

Paneer quesadilla

Drank:
Some cherry coca-cola
^ It was disgusting. I am never again touching that stuff.

Drank:
Ginger tea
