I can't sleep.... don't really want to because of nightmares but eh..... might as well try too.

 

Feel the same way sometimes. If I've stayed up for a while and try to rest late I'll sometimes get sleep paralysis when I'm falling asleep. Makes me just want to say **** it and pull an all-nighter.

If you're not on a full belly, do 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups, then have a glass of warm milk. I find that this helps me sleep well at night.

If you are on a full belly already, just have a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric and go to bed.
