I dragged my friend to beauty and the beast and he hated it.
I have no idea why, I thought it was wonderful. I was fangasming the whole time lol

 

Eh... It's a Disney fantasy musical. You're going to have those who love it to bits (which is usually a majority of the audience) and those who hate it with every fibre of their being.

I'm reading articles that people wait 6 hours in queues to get to a cable car to Kasprowy (most popular peak in Tatra mountains)... What the ****


You can reach the summit in 3 hours of slow walk, the route is 1 star out of 5 in difficulty rating, moreover- for free and having much better fun...

I am seriously triggered by such people, riding the cable car to the top and then brag how big of a mountaineers they are over social media. Get ****ed

My dad is blind and conquered the peak from all the possible directions except Slovakian route, as well as way more difficult routes, all of them doing much faster than estimated time. He is a mountaineer, not you, pretentious lot

Generally though I think it's hard for live action remakes to live up to their original movies, you gotta factor in nostalgia and that the originals are seen as classics and everything about them from their characters to songs are kind of ingrained in media culture. Given all that I think it's better if/when a live action adaptation is made that they change some things around and put their own twist on the story.

Legit really liked this, the music in it was a solid 11/10.

there's no reason to recommend someone the live action Lion King in front of cartoon.
