Raita is an Indian condiment/dip. It's great for summer.

Onion Raita:
Dahi (Indian yoghurt), some milk, a teaspoon of sugar or jaggery powder, a teaspoon of salt, one diced red onion, some chopped coriander (optional), a pinch or two of masala powder if you're feeling adventurous. Mix well.
