Some cousins and I were talking about this a few days ago.

It's so bad it made me want to take Baba Ramdev's snake oil and pour it into my eyes.

What really grinds my gears is that they used precedent from a 252 year old case where a British-run Indian court convicted Indian mutineers who fought against British rule.

They literally used Victorian-era colonial babble, with no sound modern legal reasoning, to suppress dissent and legitimate criticisms supported by anecdotal evidence.

Well, I guess I really shouldn't be surprised by RSS puppet judges using the methods of their beloved colonial overlords to suppress dissent.
