Episode 16 was good. So Zook is still alive So Zeke's plan is basically Vasectomy for all Eldians WTF why did Armin cry on hearing that Pieck to the rescue! Gabi is so stupid lmao... Eren vs Reiner incoming. So the final showdown will be in Shiganshina?
Overall this season was 8/10. Too much focus on unimportant characters and tbf not the best chapters to be adapted. Looking forward to Winter 22.

Ok so...what was Mikasa's point in the story? I swear she did absolutely nothing up untill beheading his own brother who saved her as a kid. Kinda sad when I think about it, she cared so much for him but in the end it was her who killed him. She really was a slave wasn't she?

...what's the point of Armin here? He had such a promising start, he was that smart kid who should have replaced Erwin but ever since the timeskip, it feels to me mangaka had no idea what to do with him and his titan. Only the sky was his limit (huh a pun get it?) but for some reason, his plans and smartness was gone. What exactly did humanity get when Levi saved Armin instead of Erwin?

Levi? He could have killed Zeke when they captured him the first time. I have no idea why he left him live. Non of this would have happened if Levi killed him when he run away.

Eren? I just don't understand his logic. He wiped nearly whole humanity just to protect what..his friends? Is he stupid or what? In what world was his logic...logical?

EDIT: but what did they achieve now? I don't understand. They stopped Eren, but Titans are still there.

You know what? **** Eren. Retard said that he wanted to protect his friends and at the end almost every friend is either a Titan or dead.

Mikasa's character at this point is just sad. You want her to be happy with her Ereh but we know that's probably not gonna happen. Also, her vision which she had with Eren in 138 was probably shared by both her and Eren, since they were in contact and in Paths.

We still don't know what Eren's true intentions really are. We know that he has the Attack Titan so he can look into the future and into memories of the previous ATs, he probably knows what is going to happen after the rumbling. I think he wants to make a point that Eldians and Marleyans can be united if faced by a common enemy, so world piece achieved? but this is when the retard kicks in, why kill almost the entire world to prove that?

He saved Armin because he knew that he's going to be the one who'll stop the rumbling by fighting him and all the paths bullshit in 137


TL;DR This is nothing but a copout last minute Lelouch ending.

I just don't get Armin's character. It feels so pathetic looking at him after pre-timeskip.

Isayama wrote himself into a corner with Armin. Armin's whole character revolved around muh ocean so after he got there there wasn't any tropes left to explore. He wanted him and Eren to have that protagonist and best friend dynamics but at some point after time skip he said **** it and yolo'd a shit ton of new characters which left very little room for development for Armin.
