One of the most common places for roaches to be found in a household is surprising: wardrobes. Check your wardrobes.

    Oof...

Did you have a serious ankle injury a long time ago? Another problem might be wrong running technique and wrong shoes.

You might want to consider changing your running technique and also flat shoes with no raised heel or wedge under heel or heel arch support. That last one especially might seem counter-intuitive, even against the advice of some doctors. But physiotherapists and also research by evolutionary biologists, who have studied how we evolved to walk/run, say flats are best. Consider a flat pair of shoes (albeit still with thick outsoles) and moderately soft insoles with good grip. You could even consider sport sandals with good grip (though these would be a problem in rain, snow, dense vegetation, and rocky areas).

    ---

I dislocated my knee in 2018 and went through a year of painful recovery and physiotherapy. I had to literally re-learn how to ******* walk. These last few weeks I have been getting knee pain from walking. Whether there is something wrong with my posture or whether the problem is with these new shoes, I was not sure. Contacted a physiotherapist client of mine and she said the problem is both. Turns out I have to relearn how to walk again with a proper posture and also choose footwear carefully. The Decathlon NW100 pair I have now are seemingly perfect for walking, a slow jog, even some easy-moderate level trekking, but not running. Other than this model most durable shoes out on the market right now are apparently bad for walking. There are some that are perfect in design but have memory foam, which is bad for the toes, foot medial arch & lateral arch, and ankles in the long run. There are some models from Woodland and Red Chief that are perfect, but they are ******* expensive (albeit they will last very very long even when abused).

    Cozy

Yeah. I have become irregular in exercise. I was better when I was following a set routine.

We've had a silverfish problem in the office. You don't want them where you store lots of books and files.

Yeah, I guess one is the lesser evil.

  13. I checked the actual wardrobe and nothing. I didnt check individual clothes tho as that would take an entire day. I have however checked everything before I put it on and again nothing.

Nah, im just out of shape

  14. CODE RED, I REPEAT, CODE ******* RED

I just saw one in the shower in the middle of the day! Theyre supposed to hide during the day and I've read everywhere that if they're wondering during daylight its because theres so many of them they literally can't fit and are forced outside hiding spots. But this doesn't make sense because if we had that many we would be seeing way more signs of presence. Meanwhile there isnt anything in the cabinets whatsoever. What is going on???
