    Sekiro is the only game for me where fighting a boss feels satisfying and epic.

    Also the only game I played IMO where bosses attacks don't feel impossible to deal with.

    In Sekiro every attack can get parried and countered, in most games attacks are dealt with dodging, it was a breath of fresh air standing your ground against a boss.

    So good man. Sekiro is TOP 1 game for me ever, the most fun I ever had.

    Fairs, respect, I'm quite the opposite, I like the agressiveness of Sekiro compared to passiveness from ER, tbh apparently BB is right bang on in the middle for agressive and passive play :akarinthink

    Is Sekiro that aggressive? I just feel no real satisfaction in all the blocking/deflecting before actually hitting a target.

    Yeah you are engaging instead of running like in ER.

    Idk if if was the playstyle of mine but I am sure you wait for the boss to hit in ER compare to Sekiro where you are the agressor?

    In Sekiro it was me 9 times out of 10 where I was the one attacking and going agressively to push the boss compared to ER where I waited the boss to engage and me dodging/waiting the opportunity to strike?

    I just like how in Sekiro I have an answer to all the attacks, while in ER my only way to deal with some stuff was with dodging.

    I guess maybe, I play them somewhat similarly, although instead of parrying I would roll through boss attacks more to attack. I would say I'm being aggressive in ER more often than not.

    You're not wrong that you can directly either counter or "cancel" with parrying attacks in sekiro more. but it's also got a lot less depth, I suppose.
