    This is the same thing as naruto though? for some reason you are focusing on the top 1% tier in naruto and not considering how avg person is weak fodder, which is the same as op and every other show. if you consider the vice admirals and joinin, captains as like chunin, and trickle down, they kinda average out the same ballpark. The top % just completely skew the perception of power levels

    In OP is more consistent is it not? If you are a VA, you know you aren't strong.

    In Naruto you can have genin being God level, one Jonin being on a whole new universe of powers to other Jonins.

    Them titles mean nothing in Naruto.

    A genin, chunin and jonin tells me nothing.

    In OP other than Buggy being a gag, the title hold it's meaning.
