From what I see, Shanks so far is being pretty pinpoint in what he does. He seems very collected. Shanks dying would be pretty boring tbh.

 

Because everyone anticipates Shanks dying for some reason, I'd say Shanks fighting BB again and losing or whatever AGAIN would not be in Shanks'es character.

No way Shanks makes the same mistake twice.

I'd rather have Luffy fight Shanks for the One Piece which would close the circle.

Luffy beats Shanks and gives him his SH back. He completed the promise. Would also be an indirect showing that he overcame everyone since let's be real, Shanks is the GUY in the story.

With everyone anticipating Shanks dying I don't see how that would not be boring at this point. Don't get me wrong if Shanks dying would be impactful and done decently I wouldn't mind it but him dying to BB ESPECIALLY would be boring because him getting the scar and not learning everything out of this would just be Ace type of ignorance which Shanks so far never shown.

BB is already a top threat as soon as he captured Ace for Luffy is he not? I feel like Luffy doesn't need any more hate towards BB to justify Shanks dying.

Idk, if Shanks does die, I just hope it won't be in the most obvious way because so far, everyone and their mother anticipates him dying.

All I'm saying is, Luffy fighting Shanks for One Piece would make more sense from what we read in the story than fighting BB IMO.

 

Yeah but I feel like it's just not in Shanks'es character to be ignorant enough to lose again. Shanks so far stands tall against everyone else in mental capability. He is calm, collected and real, BB is a dumbass, arrogant ****.

Well it doesn't need to be Shanks fighting for OP but man, him dying to BB of all people (I know you said you don't see it anymore) would be boring af unless there's some mad twist.
