Apparently, people are getting malware from some games and even just update files on Steam and also in some executable files in GOG. Steam is scrambling to get this shit fixed fast, while people on GOG forums say the malware detections on games downloaded via GOG are false positives.

According to my cousin who works in Nvidia, this shit is affecting people regardless of hardware, but the malware is making Nvidia GPUs in infected systems run especially hot and throttle by a good amount.

I ran a boot-time malware scan just to be sure. Nothing so far, other than a false positive for a Halo MCC dev tool (Steam) and another for a Star Wars: Republic Commando executable (GOG). You guys might want to run scans as well.

 

Yeah. It bothers me that companies with good reputations such as Valve and CD Projekt allowed stuff like this to happen. Sigh...

I've had enough. I've been disrespected and I am so mad.

First I got cucked going to Hungary picking up stuff we left there because our company insisted we leave it there. I lost whole day in the process and I might not even get payed fully for it.

Second the new guy who works in human organisation arrogantly said I refused 2 workplaces and called me hard to work with.

A new guy who's borderline an idiot, who has 0 idea what's happening in the company.

Yes, I refused 2 work places because 1. I don't wanna be a slave and part of a slave organisation in Tesla. 2. I refused a train station work place bacause...I WORKED THERE BEFORE AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ELECTRIC, I AM NOT A P R O G R A M E R YOU ******* IDIOTTTTT!!! YOU MUPPED!!! I AM NO PROGRAMER YOU ******* MELLON.

3. Hard to work with? You piece of ******* dogshit, you didn't hear off me ever because I always done my job 100%. I never complained about anything for 5 years. 5 years I don't wanna escalate your bullshit because I'm not a confronting person. But now I've had enough. **** you. I'll be the biggest asshole tomorrow, you bet I'll be the biggest prick.

4. I said myself leave me at home on MY expense, because I don't wanna be throwin into fire for 2 weeks, since there's not enough job in Hungary. AT MY EXPENSE. But nooo, he keeps insisting I go to Germany despite....having 5 or 6 people already home on standby who are 1 month without work. BROTHER IN CHRIST.

I am surrounded by idiots, I can't, I am deadass surrounded by ******* idiots. I am in disbelief, this must be some early 1. april joke, surely.

 

I'm having a meeting in 30 minutes regarding the new job and I am forced to accepted it, but I won't, I think this is it for me. I must find a completely new job.
