Apparently they updated something and the update caused it.

(No clue why you would update something on Christmas, if that is the real reason)

 

To be honest, I just found the whole thing funny. So many people replied to the reports of the issue with check your language settings and simple there is nothing wrong when clearly there was something terribly wrong and people could actually view other peoples accounts.

At least it wasn't giving access.
