Not really. People are protesting against mass immigration that has caused more people being in the country than houses that can be built. They're against people that aren't assimilating. Very few people are against immigration as a whole, and just want controlled immigration that doesn't **** the people already living here over. But as usual, the media, etc just labels everyone the racist/nazi whatever buzzword.

 

There are different minimum wages values depending on what the job is. But generally, I would expect someone is able to survive off that. But depending on the area, it may not be like a whole house you get, maybe an apartment, or renting a room off someone. It really has a lot of "depends" things.

 

Into Australia? Yeah, I don't think you'd have a single issue coming to Australia.
