Yesterday I've run my first sub 19 5km, 3:45 pace to be exact, I've googled a bit and apparently that's elite tier. Now imagine if I didn't eat pizza or nuggets everyday, I could have been generational, I wouldn't even say I'm athletically built at all, just raw mental and body power!
