Was bit emotional since I've been 3 years as an extern in same company, had such a wonderful time, they created an enviroment where it's like a group of friends than a group of co-workers, was so nice being a part of that team!

By the way... I saw a pair of shoes that I really liked, and would do well for forefoot strike power walking. They are football shoes, actually. They would also do well just for casual wear. I am not sure if I should go for them right now, however.

Also, have you ever tried straight bar lacing or train track lacing for your running shoes?

Ahh shame man, this site changed my life.

I was running 3:59 with my Pegasus shoes, switched to Adidas Evo Sl, now I'm pushing 3:43, that's a huge ass difference!!!

 

Congratulations. Now go for a 10 km run, a 20 km cycle ride, then have some nice pizza.

Meanwhile, I have managed to improve my walking with just a switch-up in lacing technique.

Crazy how much of a difference the smallest of things can make.
