    Went for a walk in K R Park. I was done power walking after 42 minutes. I could previously do 2 hours, then go home, cook, clean my room, do the dishes. I was just so damn tired, I could barely lift a leg to take the next step.

    RIP. Man so many Japs seem to die young in late 50s/60s maybe you just hear more about it with the industry they're in.
