Episode 1 was good. Yhwach wakes up. Why does Jugo still have his power if he's woken up? Chad separated from the group to fight the statue monsters and Ganju joins him. Jugo explains to Uryu the true plan of Yhwach, which is to create a new world. Man, they really thirst trapped the **** out of Yoruichi in this episode Askin had her pinned but Urahara came to her rescue, but even her Raijin techniques couldn't kill Askin. Kinda feel bad for Yashiro bleeding to death somewhere Now he has Urahara trapped in his Deluxe ball

 

Episode 2 was amazing. Askin really cornered Urahara with killing his eyes and then my dude had to use his BANKAI!! It suits him very much tbh, to be able to reconstruct anything within range. Absolutely based. Askin fought hard but in the end was GG'd by Grimmjow, Urahara really calculated everything. As a last **** you, Askin increased the pressure inside his Deluxe gift ball and they all passed out. Its up to Nel now to save everyone inside. Ichigo reaches Yhwach's throne room. Looks like they're exchanging warm up blows Yhwach is not serious yet.

Fun Fact:
The title card for episode 1 is the exact same as the title page for the corresponding manga chapter. Kubo was adamant that the anime use the same title card, and that it not be censored.

Urahara's bankai gives us a look at what his Zanpakuto spirit looks like. Benihime... She really is creepy as fukk in the anime. The animators went all out on that aspect.

By the way: Remember what Yhwach said about shikai and bankai always being related in their abilities?

Benihime analyses and deconstructs enemy attacks. She can also "construct" crimson energy blasts and reishi constructs catered to be useful against certain types of reiatsu - from reishi nets to energy barriers.

Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame straight up reconstructs anything she touches. The ability seems simple enough, but is broken. She can reconstruct space itself to allow Kisuke to move at high speed and also create new pathways for people to move through.

So Benihime in both shikai and bankai involves constructing/restructuring stuff in some way or the other. Fitting for the master scientist known for building some of Soul Society's greatest gadgets and technology.

Benihime (Crimson Princess) reminded me... Urahara and Kyoraku are among only three known male Shinigami with female zanpakuto spirits.

As for the third... Well @Laraib is just going to have to wait a couple of episodes

I believe Yhwach stated that he wanted to create a world where the Quincy are the ruling order. I guess we will have to wait. Kubo is adding more stuff that wasn't in the original source material.
