Made red capsicum pesto last night. Roasted red capsicum & cherry tomatoes (in 3:1 ratio), dry roasted cashews, caramelized garlic, coriander, feta, used cold-pressed coconut oil instead of the usual extra virgin olive oil, dried chilli flakes.

The sauce was sweet & spicy, quite creamy and rich, and a lovely orange colour.

Had with fettucine and a couple of sourdough garlic bread slices. It was a very good meal.

Can't forget swimming. Go swimming every alternate day.

I honestly - once again - feel like tossing my phone and laptop into the lake nearby. I'd jump in the lake as well just to chill, but it is full of snakes and I'd likely be arrested (or at least fined).

Halo 2 and Infinite boss fights on Legendary in a nutshell. Do this shit, then fukk off and hide till the next chance.

Also... I have issues listening to Bungie-era Halo music now

Mmm... Splendid. One day you should try chicken-spinach soup. Will really give you a good night's sleep.

Going to try ravioli and pizza at home next. I have made both at home before; this time I will try making the dough from scratch at home.

And, yeah, swimming is a great stress buster in addition to fitness booster.
