My version would be everyone voting for a member and giving their reason. Most Votes Member wins. I think we need to make a few contests to see how it works.

 

What would count as a legitimate reason, though? And who would decide on that? Again - what would the criteria even be? Imo if you're even going to do it, there should be multiple criteria so people have a shot at being voted for different things, and there isn't just one overall winner.
