    I can agree about 2 and 3. But the only reason 1 became "polarized" was because of a vocal minority of toxic whiny manbabies (both in the instance of the PT and the ST). It continues to mint crazy money and the two TV shows of Star Wars that came out in 2019-20 absolutely demolished streaming records, both ranking as 1 and 2 among most in-demand TV shows for streaming.

    And before you ask: Yes, they are genuinely good. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.

    The only reason he took so long was because he was weighed down by his massive balls.

    Two funny things about Star Wars:

    (1) The original creator himself "polarized" the fandom with his poor execution of the prequels. He had great ideas; the only problem was poor execution. Ditto for the sequels; the most "controversial" of the three movies was based directly off of Lucas's ideas for his own ST (he even consulted on the movie).

    (2) Other writers and creators picked up the slack and essentially "saved" Star Wars by trying to clean up Lucas's mess and inconsistencies. This applies to both the old Legends and current Canon EU.

    Bought a whole bitty at like 8900 AUD and it's now like 26000 AUD. REEEEEEEEEEEE. I'm all eth now and only up 2k, although up like 7k if you count recouping losses. So salty.
