I mean, for the most part I just pay the bill. But yeah, thanks. People probably see it as a waste of money, but I much prefer forums for talking/discussion to something like Reddit or Discord. Discord everything is "in the moment". It basically killed forums, which is sad. I just don't like reddit's layout/functionality.

I won. Apparently windows boot manager was fucked. Recopied then using recovery usb formatted another partition, reinstalled the boot manager that allowed it to boot. Formatted the old corrupted boot partition, booted into recovery usb, delete new and old boot partitions, formatted new partition 1 boot partition, reinstalled boot manager, booted. Expanded C disk with partition 3 to leave the 2 partitions. Now the old drive doesn't pick up in windows 11 but does in windows 10, I think that's just too many sata ports populated though.

Yeah, forums such as this are way better than reddit. Even Fandom's past social/community features were better on many levels, and people miss them despite them having their own set of issues. Don't even get me started on the cesspool that is Discord.

Glad it all worked out in the end. But how long did all this shit take?

    Yup 100%.

It took too long lmao. Probably all up wasted like idk 3-4 hours over the multiple attempts. When I emailed the people to say i didn't work and wanted a refund they were like refer to our policy (14 day money back guarantee my ass) and were like we'd like to use team viewer to remote assist. Said that was useless because even windows recovery usb couldn't repair the issue (which was true) and that the drive was already formatted (2nd time, third if you count the **** up from the first overnight saga). I mean, team viewer can't persist outside of windows as far as I'm aware. So literally they couldn't do anything. Was going to just paypal charge back, but gave it one more shot, then did the cmd commands (again they couldn't have possibly done this or instructed to do this with team viewer as far as I'm aware as that sort of bcdedit only works in the recovery cmd console as far as I'm aware). Anyway, they had replied when i got it working myself and said they would switch me to another product free of charge or refund half my money. I just said refund half. I got it working for myself no thanks to them and afaik they wouldn't have done jack shit. No way I'm installing that team viewer dogshit lmao.

I wish I could say the same. Sadly, I actually need it or Any Desk for some of my ERPs.

Fair line of thought. Same with me, actually.

I use MS Edge for work. But there is no way in hell I am using it for anything related to personal use or general web browsing.

I disagree. This looks far better than what is present now.

Effectively. $227.43 I think that's USD annual. At least the last bill was that. Then there's the cost of renewing the domain every however long. I don't recall what that was off the top of my head

Yeah, correct. Honestly, it's not very expensive.
