The shit-stains in power at the centre wants all phone makers to install the Sanchaar shaata app by default on all devices. And they are asking people to install it as well. Fukking cock-bites, I tell you.

Well, hopefully the app comes with an uninstall button, rather than just disable. Otherwise, people will have to learn ADB in order to remove it completely.

One option a person can consider is to get a globally unlocked smartphone from abroad. However, this option would be available and viable only to a fraction of a percentage of smartphone users in the country.

Sadly, I can't get an iphone unless Apple decides to release a model with an IGZO LCD display or an LTPO with PWM greater than 360 Hz and 15% or less amplitude. I can't use any OLED iphone model right now because of my PWM sensitivity. It is moderate, but still an issue.

Samsung's AMOLED-equipped phones are, as it is, at the borderline of what I can tolerate.

I was actually tempted to get a Poco F-series device, believe it or not. They have the first mass market 12-bit smartphone displays with 68 billion colours, have eye-friendly PWM that ranges from 1920 to 2160 Hz (confirmed by two independent reviewers), excellent thermal management, excellent signal strengths, build quality that is on the level of Samsung's A-series, and long cycle batteries (i.e. they are designed to last several years). What put me off are the horrendous Xiaomi UI and the average day-to-day battery life.

 

What will you do with excellent features when the UI itself is shit. That's why I don't switch form samsung.
