Was bit emotional since I've been 3 years as an extern in same company, had such a wonderful time, they created an enviroment where it's like a group of friends than a group of co-workers, was so nice being a part of that team!

By the way... I saw a pair of shoes that I really liked, and would do well for forefoot strike power walking. They are football shoes, actually. They would also do well just for casual wear. I am not sure if I should go for them right now, however.

Also, have you ever tried straight bar lacing or train track lacing for your running shoes?
