Well, it all started with my adding background images to the ranks. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. and now I am changing the shop so it makes sense



instead of some retarded dumb shit I did as a noob



because the latter literally never made sense

and for the change it means needing a different alert handler, and so the changes i'm making are to make it make sense for how stuff is logged/expires and separate admin issued ones, vs user transfers and shop purchases.

 

Been going insane over I think radiator noise for the last like 2 weeks so bit the bullet hopefully will make cpu not hit 92 degrees under 100% load lmao.

 

I mean buying a new radiator because old one seems to be dying. Old case is a bit constrained for what fits and I don't want to buy a sidegrade, I just wanted the best performing one (it's only 169 for the 420mm one). Case likewise amongst the best for thermals and fits that radiator. So I am just putting my parts into the new case + new radiator. New case comes with 5 fans preinstalled so solves all issues for just under $400. I worked OT the other week or last week can't remember when + 2.5x pay on public holiday and I see this as a birthday present for myself. :D Plus, I don't like my cpu going to 90-94 degrees whenever it compiles shaders lmao.

Old case is from 2017. Old AIO is from around the same time.

 

The birthday gift is cope. But I do think it's a fiarly logical purchase. Not like I got a new case/cpu cooler in the likes 2 years and decided to replace for no reason. Only bad side is no blu-ray drive spot, so I might get an external Blu-ray enclosure, but those a pretty pricey. :/

 

also @JoeJoe did you ever try onimusha demo?

 

I did think about it. The number of cases they use with one is limited, and they aren't great in airflow, so there just wasn't any point. I can use it without an enclosure, can just use a sata/power adapter thing for a hard drive, I have one. But it would likely vibrate around so I would be not inclined to do that.

I didn't think so, but I was just curious because last time it was mentioned it was raining, you were bored and you seemed inclined to look at it.
