    Problem with Luffy atm is, he can imagine water not being water .

    I say problem because he can manipulate everything and anything.

    He already manipulated earth as if it's a bouncy castle, with that logic, he can certanly make water...not water.

    The scale of G5 as of now is legit limitless.

    Unironically Luffy as he is now, is probably the strongest MC ever written in a shonen.

    His only limitation is his imagination canonically, he can think of any way to fight, can create his own rules and manipulate anything around him.

    bro theoretically and by canon his power is as far as his imagination goes

    how do you scale that? Theoretically he can think of any counter to any attack is that just not true?

    if I go by what the manga explained how's Luffy not the strongest? what does anyone has against him? don't think I'm even exaggerating, if we go by whole theory of how his power is explained?

    I mean so far Luffy's feats are just Island-level at best.. It's all good to say theoretically, but so far he's done minor shit like making goggles appear out of nowhere. Luffy is either too restricted or stupid to think so far about using the power. He still sticks to the same moves but just even more cartoon-like. He's still getting clowned on by the Gorosei, so you can't really say he's the strongest. Easy examples being DB/OPM/Bleach, etc.

    He made an absolute joke out of Kaido and Kizaru tbh, he negged Lucci and realistically doesn't really struggle against anyone anymore.

    You keep saying in theory while giving a statement of truth that he's "the strongest". It's also talking about combat ability, it doesn't mean they can just think someone dead or whatever. If Luffy blows up the moon or a planet or punches through a dimension, then sure, he's up t here. But so far he's island level, by destroying onigashima.

    Lucci wasn't even that badly beaten up, otherwise he wouldn't have had the whole fight with Zoro. Kaku was more beaten up than Lucci was lol. I think the fight with Lucci was hardly impressive compared to how Kaido or Shanks absolutely bodied people like Kidd and G4 Luffy. It wasn't a great showing for a Yonko.

    Luffy vs Kizaru they both got hits in, I don't think Kizaru was embarrassed at all. He held his own well enough against such a power.

    Luffy has done literally nothing to the Gorosei so far in terms of damage, even complaining about doing no damage. Lucci and Kizaru were hardly made jokes of lol.

    Well G5 is still tresh so he'll get more feats as OP goes and that's a fact. Well Luffy's not about planets and moons though ,but again in theory if it were to happen by how his power is explained, who says he wouldn't be able to do it?

    I'm just saying, by how his power was explained canonically, I've never seen a power being explained like that in other manga.

    Lets be real in a real 1v1 all you mentioned would end up like Kaido. In more situations than not, Luffy 2v1 gorosei and kizaru and made pizza out of them LOL

    Like I'm talking pure theory here atm since manga wise G5 isn't old and is pretty fresh. How G5 was explained, he always has a case for him does he not?

    Also I feel like you look at me like I'm insane, it's not me who established that rule, it was the mangaka himself.

    I don't see how I'm wrong in saying in theory by how Luffy's power was explained, how is he not the strongest?

    If you go by logic imagination = limitless, how is anything I'm saying now an outrage? Like it's not me who said it, it's the explanation of the power.

    That's correct, I don't dispute there's room to grow. That's not usually how things work in power scaling debates lol. You're working off hypotheticals without any proof of feats. I'm not saying it's impossible but you can't pass it off as a fact when there's virtually 0 evidence outside of a statement that is less of a statement and more of a rumor. It's like the whole "In a 1 on 1, always bet on Kaido" but the Luffy beats him 1 v 1. If we take that literally it means no matter the character Kaido wins. That's not accurate.

    Reality warping isn't really exclusive to one piece. I can't think of super specific examples, but I'm pretty sure characters can reality warp in either Umineko or Higurashi.

    When he actuall does damage that isn't instantly healed we can talk. Realistically though in a 1 on 1 Luffy is dead. He runs out of steam and goes back to being the old dude and dies because no one is there to feed him. In that scenario that did nothing to Saturn. Even Kizaru was just mental/emotional damage more than physical. Sandman even did that tweet for people that lack reading comprehension.

    On theory sure, I won't dispute theory, but you can't act like that's a fact. There's always heaps of hyperbolic statements in anime/manga that should be taken with a grain of salt.

    but we are talking all theory now, you comparing DB,Bleach or OPM is also theory. These 2 worlds never co-existed.

    Luffy's food problem can legit be solved with him eating whatever, didn't he eat Kizaru's beam? That's juts a gag now Oda does with G5 to ground Luffy, because lets be real, the way Luffy could be atm, he can do anything and everything no problem. Feel like you'd agree here.

    There's no evidence that say Luffy could one shot anyone with pure haki in other manga, nor there's evidence by Goku destroying Luffy in 1v1. That's all theory, and theory wise, it's all on Luffy's side by HOW his power was explained? Is that not true?

    The bet all on Kaido was said because Nika never existed by that point.
