    lol the only part i really like about Detective conan are few of its char

    Akai;Vermouth;Tooru Amuro;Heiji;Kaito Kid[even though he has his own manga and my man Mouri

    cases are also good.The one i really dislike is detective boys

    i just hate the fact that the story doesn't progress at all so i dropped it even though i like the characters.

    War arc's problems were a lack of focus, terrible pacing and choosing to end it in a concept of aliens which should've never made it out of the early draft version.

    Idk what you mean by akatsuki, you mean all the fights prior to war arc or the edo tensei fights? If former, nah I loved how they handled the akatsuki. They were frightening, strong and truly pulled off well. Only one we can argue about is Kakuzu but the rest are top notch.

    If you're talking about the latter then idk, everyone improved greatly since the original fights and they had intell on all of them plus there was an entire army to fight so I don't think them losing is much of a shocker.

    I'm at the beginning of the Kir arc so and i still have miles to go so i don't know if i should continue. The author keeps teasing the ships but nothing ever happens i was like so mad.

    Aww so we all love naruto here :koug

    It was a gateway for me and even tho I've seen about 100 anime and manga I still get the feels. It had impact on me as a young teen both personally and taste-wise plus I made good friends irl because of it. Much like I do with Yu-Gi-Oh! I can acknowledge it as a 0/10 and still have it as fav.

    That said, I still do think it's a genuinely good anime worthy of atleast a 7/10 tho I put it at 8/10 since I like to minimize the negative impact of the war arc in my head.
