As I'm the only REAL Croatian and am representing Croatians on this forum and am as well a movie connoisseur at the same time, I feel obligated to OFFICIALLY rate the Croatian dub of "The Lion King" (2019).

First off,most of voice actors are different. You following? Here I start.

The intro? Perfect 10/10 can't get better,same song from the original, visualy fantastic.
We move onto first change of VA's...which is little Simba. His voice? 2/10. Not even close to original one. Pathetic, get out.
Zazu? Nearly as the original one. 5/10. decent?!
Scars voice? Suits him decent. 7/10.
Mufasa's voice? Seems odd, no emotions 6/10. Here and there was decent.
Little Nala? 10/10. I dig it, sounds nearly the same as original. I dig it. I love it. And I want to treasure that voice for the rest of my life.

We are entering the first duo singing of 'Lil Simbarooni and 'lil Nalaa. Not even close to original. Simba's singing is dreadful. His way of pronouncing the letter "Č" gives me nightmares. He completely missed when he was supposed to "yell" which missed the rythm of the song. We go onto Nala's part...10/10. I dig it, I want to treasure that singing for the rest of my life.

Second song, Scar? 8/10. More than decent, good jobbu.

Timon and Pumba? Timon has the same VA. 10/10. Pumba nearly the same but quiet not too,he went kinda hard with it, his singing was odd 6/10.

Older Simba? 4/10. Not close to original, but sounds decent...kinda.
Older Nala? 10/10. I want to treasure that voice for the rest of my life.

Can you feel the love tonight, one of my favorite songs of all times from The Lion King(original)...they tried too much with this one in the 2019 version. The opening of the song COMPLETELY missed the starting HUMM when Timon is talking. 0/10. Get the fuk out how can you miss the perfect HUMM dudeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Anyways...singing was decent, tried to much at some points...6/10.

that's all I think. End result? 5/10. It's just boring, Nala gives life to this dub. It's emotionless, it's not funny, the jokes were terrible. I'm sorry Croatian dub, but this time, you failed me. You failed every single kid in Croatia. Pathetic. Cheers you made some kids cry, hope you are happy with yourself.

EDIT: I forgot one song. The NEW song which was in between when Simba was returning, the upbeat fuking got me so hard, such a great song, I want it in my life.

PS. - original in every context is describing the original dub of Croatian "The Lion King" cartoon.

someone hit my car the other day and it's been in the shop since. Aaaaaand they're closed over the weekend so the earliest they'll even begin working on it is monday. Didn't have to pay a dime of course but still a huge pita.
