from the top of my head, Kingdom, Vinland Saga and Hinamatsuri might be the best manga i've read, each for different reasons.

best anime is Utena, but i also loved Kill la Kill, Monogatari, Code Geass and some other probably. Hibike Euphonium is the most recent of my favorites. And Cardcaptor Sakura forever be blessed.

Jojo Part 4? Now that's what I find interesting,I found Part 3 the best and epic one yet.Part 4 was good but didn't get to me for some reason :/

 

Well, rare to see someone saying the weaker Parts of JoJo being his favorite. ^^
Part 4 and 7 are the best of the Series. 6 and 8 is a close second.

Talking about anime part 3 was total badass :/ Josuke lacked something as Jojo tbh

 

How? He has everything what makes a Jojo, a JoJo.
Unique traits, craziness, personality. he also got shitload of development and made his part and the side characters alot more interesting.
We all love Jotaro's badassness, but aside that he has nothing to offer. That is why he's considered as the worst JoJo and his story parts didn't help either.

 

What? How's Jotaro worst Jojo xd if anything he is one of the best

 

I just mentioned above why he is not best -_-
The only thing he does is screaming ora ora ora or yare yare daze. He is badass, we all know that, but that doesn't make him best JoJo.. or the best mc this series has. If you finally stop being lazy and actually read the rest of this, you will find out yourself and see that there is more to the main characters in JoJo than just being badass

Still miles above Zoro though..
