Goku VS Vegeta during the Saiyan Arc really had me on edge. I loved how Vegeta and the Z Fighters were either deeply wounded or extremely battle worn afterwards. I'd say it's even better than Goku VS Freeza which still comes close.
Goku vs Freeza is still the best fight in the series and one of the best in shounen history. Will always be in my top 10 list.
