Well Tatsuya's magic doesn't travel through the physical realm(though he can make it), so unless the mirror hides the targets information body, Tatsuya magic will just directly effect Gil without touching the mirror.

Everything else you listed would technically be ineffective, because Tatsuya just could decompose them before they reach him. He can decompose 36 targets simultaneously(24 if under heavy fire) or put up a decomposition field around himself. If Gil does manage to land a attack, if it doesn't kill him instantly, his life force still remains, and his brain is still active his body with be automatically restored to any point within the last 24 hours before it received damage. So even if he is a death like state, if he's not 100% dead, he'll be able to restore himself.

Also something to note in Mahouka verse Tatsuya's decomposition magic, is technically not magic and is considered to be a superpower, because instead of rewriting the information body like magic is suppose to do, decomposition erases it and has earned the notorious nickname "Demon Right". Same situation with Regrowth, his other innate ability, which reconstructs the information body and also has a nickname called "Divine Left". 

He does have magic attacks though, however they won't be really useful in this fight, except his anti-magic if Gil decides to use magic attacks himself.

 

That doesn't change anything really. Magic in Nasuverse doesn't travel through the physical realm either, so as long as Tatsuya's magic is still magic, the mirror will affect it and repel it. Hell, it's not just magic that is ineffective against Gil, even shit like Multi-Dimensional Refraction Phenomenon can't affect Gilgamesh due to defensive armaments.

Up to 36? Then Gilgamesh is his worst nightmare. He casually fires off at least 50-100 weapons as arrows. Lets say, Tatsuya manages to decompose 36 of them, that leaves him with 14-64 other weapons that will still be there. Fast as bullets and will skewer him like Bazett got in Prillya. It's literally like I said. Gil isn't a soldier, he is a ''War'' by himself. His weapons are countless. That is not even counting their special abilities. And even when he decomposes shit, he has to target specific weapons if he wants to survive. If he misses out a weapon like Gae Bolg or other space freezing or time affecting weapons, he's pretty much done for. Miss out Gae Bolg and it hits his heart. Cannot be dodged, only option is to decompose it. And that's not hype like something in Naruto, that is literally how the weapon works. Miss out a space freezing weapon, and even if he dodges it or puts up a shield, he'll get frozen. THEN there is Enkidu. A chain that Gil constantly uses to restrain his enemy.

Considering you'd have to be a really powerful half-divine being like Hercules, to break free, he's forced to decompose it. In other words, he has to constantly keep an eye on for both the chains and the weapons. That is two task at the time. He also has to target specific weapons and not miss out any of them. That is a really hard third task at the same time.

Then, you have shit like nuclear warheads, swords that can pierce through mountains, powerful machine guns, Vajra which can create a ridiculously power huge lightning strikes (capable of destroying even diamond hardness), etc. All huge ass power attacks. And if he wants to live, he can't focus his decomposition on them since even missing at least one of any kind of conceptual weapons mentioned above will kill him. That is, if Gilgamesh doesn't fire off more than 36 of those. That leaves him defenseless against destructive NPs I just listed. So he'd have to constantly continue using that Material Burst thing to match their power, but there are three problems with that;

1. He has to charge it and can fire off only one of those at the time as I've seen from the video - Gil's NPs have no charge and are very much multiple in numbers.

2. Gil's Mirror NP can repel it back.

3. Vajra's lightning is faster than human movement, let alone charge time. He isn't allowed nor can he decompose the lightning strikes.

Lastly, to add on to his already three-five tasks, he has to keep an eye on Gilgamesh himself. Since he has a NP that can make him travel at the speed of light. Archer, who just has normal Servant speed and not shit like Gil's NP, is fast enough to cover a long distance between himself and Caster (she's a Caster, so her speed is like a normal human's) and he would have sliced her apart if she didn't have teleportation magic. Gil is much faster than that. Oh, just to note, Gil has a NP that brings back his NPs into his treasury.

And about the last point, how he doesn't die if you don't kill him instantly, that doesn't really matter. Since pretty much all of Gil's attacks will kill him instantly, leave nothing left of his body or just freeze him in space, making him unable to do anything.  If he gets hit by Gae Bolg which should kill him quickly, but if he manages to survive for a bit, something like regeneration won't do anything since Gae Bolg's spear is cursed. The wound remains.

Things like that are classified as magecraft or world mysteries in Nasuverse, which makes it all uneffective against Gil's armaments, mirrors, shields and such shit. Only thing that could bypass it are shit like mystic eyes in the Nasuverse, physical swords,  or shit like Multi-Dimensional Refraction Phenomenon (and Gil has his armaments against those).

Nah, Gil dislikes shit like magi. He doesn't use magecraft.
