So i was given one of those silly fidget spinner things - im actually a sensory seaker it helps me keep calm and in the now, as well as keep attention and not overly anxious lalalala
So i have a wide range of sensory toys and stuff (although they arent really "toys")
But this stupid spinner has a good weight to it, keeps me grounded.
