For those who don't know, this is a game that I made up back in FTB, the first one I hosted, in fact. As you can guess, this is based off the MMO, Elsword.

The quirk of this game is that not only does everyone have an ability, but you have a choice on what ability you want. Which is, of course, limited to the 3 choices that has been offered to you based on your role. This only applies to town, however. Mafia will have to suck it up, not that their own abilities aren't lackluster.

I doubt anyone in FTB actually memorized all of the roles, but just in case, this was the basic gist of the roles last game:

Keep in mind that all of the abilities listed are the abilities the character will certainly have. All characters will have more than one ability.

Town (open) Town (close)

Elsword
Knight of Destruction x1: If you are attacked, you will not die. This is a reactive skill, so you don’t have to activate it. You will be notified if this skill was used.

Aisha
Teleport x1: Target two players. Any action targeted to them will switch with the other player.

Rena
Nature Force: Your affinity with nature allows you to strengthen yourself and connect the voices of nature spirits. Target one person. Each night, you can investigate who they targeted that night.

Raven
Power Assault x2: Choose one target to kill during the night.

Eve
Dimension Link - Century x2: Summon a Nasod scout to investigate a person’s innocence or guilt

Chung
Freiturnier: Be night immune for the first two nights.

Ara
Power of Eun: Pick one dead person per night and receive a one-shot version of their base ability (not an ability that was chosen). You will not be able to store this ability for the next night phase.

Elesis
Red Haired Knight x1: During night phase, choose one person to vote on before the next day phase starts. This vote will not go through if you die. You cannot change this vote during the day phase.

Lu/Ciel
Combination: In odd nights, you have Lu’s abilities. On even nights, you have Ciel’s abilities.

Ain
Abschluss x1: Protect yourself from all kills that night phase if you are attacked. This is not a reactive skill, you must activate it. You may not use this skill with any other skill at the same time.

Demon General: Show up as innocent from investigation

Karis
Seduce x2: Target one player. The target’s action will be blocked and you find out their identity (name of character)

Ran
Shadow Clone x2: If you are doing the factional kill this night, you can make yourself untrackable.

NOTE: Will be updated with the character's base ability. (Nothing about choice in other words) For mafia, only one ability of theirs will be told here.

The new game this time around will be about the same, though some adjustments have been made to improve balancing and to include a few more additions. What will also be different from last time is that I will reveal full role details upon death, including information on the abilities that weren't chosen. Last time, I only gave their alignment and character.

The rules are as follows:
- Each day phase and night phase will be 24 hours long. If necessary, either of these phases can be extended
- You cannot talk in the game thread outside of day phase.
- A tie in a lynch will result in no lynch
- The person with the most votes will be lynched
- Role revealing is not allowed. This includes statements such as "I will investigate someone tonight." For this particular game, don't ask others what abilities they chose either.
- Subtle hinting is allowed
- Follow basic forum rules (i.e. don't be a douche)
- You may not talk about the game outside of the game thread, the mafia quicktopic thread, or your role PM
- You may vote as many times as you need. Please tag me when you do vote and bold it. (Ex. Vote: Lord Maple @Host)
