whereas Evil was willing to lynch a claimed town just cos "lulfuckthisshit"

I dont know, i can see that crispickle certainly has made some slips but i dont feel comfortable in placing a lynch vote they still have quite valid points as well

The "opinion" card doesn't grant diplomatic immunity from consequence. What you did harmed the Town, and did not benefit the Town. If you intend to play this game as Town, please try to play to your wincon. That may just be my opinion, but it's also common ******* courtesy.

You say that the reason you claimed was because you're probably gonna die anyway. Now, I don't know how to interpret that, because various posts of yours have given me the impression that you don't know how your claimed role works. I've been ignoring most of it, because I didn't want to be the asshole to call attention to the fact that you don't seem to know how your role works, and that you almost certainly can't self-protect, even if Ratchet allowed self-targeting on a protective role (which he almost certainly does not). Because, if you were aware that your role potentially kills you upon successful use, you would also understand that you, by nature, cannot self-protect, because you'd be redirecting the kill off of yourself and back onto yourself, for a net change of nothing. But let's assume that you did understand that your role works by redirecting kills off of people and onto yourself.

You then say that you claimed because you wanted to be confirmed. I can appreciate the sentiment, except that you're not confirmed. Claiming doesn't make you confirmed. There's this handy thing called lying that exists, and it just so happens that we can't test your role because a successful test results in you dying. So you're not confirmed, we can't treat you as confirmed, we frankly can't even treat you like a Doctor because you're not really a Doctor, and now you're outed.

Result: All bad, no good.



The Cop does not exist to serve your whim. If you really are a Guardian, we have less reason to investigate you, because your survivability late game is a lot lower than the average person's on account of you die if you use your role successfully.



It'd be a 1-for-1 trade, which would be bad play as Scum, but your play if we assume your Town isn't exactly inspiring enough for me to not write off the possibility.



Alright, let me clarify something. Or rather, can you clarify something. Can you not hammer female players as in Shanksy and pou and the like, or can you not hammer female characters as in <insert females from FMP>? Because if it is the former, I can at least appreciate your confusion.



I'm on the fence about it. I understand the concept behind trying to meta the Vole N0 kill, and its as good a place to start as any, but his choices were kinda graspy to me.

It's effectively just a post restriction. I'd have to double check, but I'm pretty sure Fan doesn't affect voting. Honestly, Rail's claim is one of the few things you have going for you, because it'd be weird (not unheard of, but weird) for Town to be a Fan of Scum. I'll have to leave that one to the flavor experts. But the logistics of potentially being able to identify a Scum player right away based on flavor due to the Fan role is rough, so if we believe Rail, it bodes well for you.[/QUOTE]

I can't hammer Shanksette, Poutanko etc. Basically all players who are female irl. It's not related to their flavor, but to the player itself. I don't understand the role from a balance point of view here. It also makes me kinda uneasy for reasons I don't wanna mention just yet.

He argued about spitekills. That's the thing. If he had argued hey Viole has been shown to read player x rather well maybe we should give him a closer look, I would understand it. Instead he went for a really shady approach bringing personal stuff into it. Tbh if I were to go such a route, I could also make a case that CF considered Viole dangerous last game when he was scum hence he would kill him here. Overall while theorizing is fine (and I even wanted to earlier), his entire approach is just weird and screams more like really awful done shade to me than anything else.
