    Musings i think that's something that happens more specifically in Western Cartoon gags, rather then Japanese anime. Like it happens all the time in like the Simpsons as an example.

    You have more of a chance watching any Western Cartoon

    I cant really name any off the top of my head but are you looking for something in particular that has that scene because you cant remember or to fufill some sort of fetish?

    The closest match would be Pokemon. There Pikachu regularly electrocutes people.
