NEWS Kakegurui Anime Has Original Ending

    The staff of the television anime adaptation of Homura Kawamoto and Tōru Naomura's Kakegurui anime announced on Thursday that the 12th and final episode, which airs on Saturday, will have an anime-original ending. Kawamoto drafted the ending's story, which features a gamble between Yumeko Jabami and student council president Kirari Momobami where the loser must never set foot on school grounds again.

    Meh, still possible when the manga is done to have it correct this and continue. Look at Blue Exorcist.

    That's what I was thinking could happen. If they really wanted to do a season 2 later, they could just overlook this original ending

    Or it's really just 1 season to push the Manga sales and they will leave it like this. We have seen enough of this disappointment being the only option for the Studios..

    Btw if the DVD sales well we may get S2.

    NNT first season too had some form of original ending.But they did make a new season.
