Anime Why the anime ending was bad.

Some people are like: I hope Kakegurui gets a second season: the ending is open for a second season.

Me personally after seeing the garbage called The Compulsive Gambling Woman (Episode 12) no thank you even if you ignore about what they didn't adapted and tricked the manga fans by showing the not adapted arc in the OP with is a ass move on it's own the script they replaced it was just trash. and went against everything Kakegurui was about . from shitty storyboard to the mess of the characters characteristics.

They even ruined the whole character of the character they wanted to make *important*

They switched Mary`s role yes Mary ******* role with Suzui and made him the Girl A while puting Mary on the side lines as a commantary what? and not onlu that but they also ******* made Mary your typical tsundere the way she run after Runa bitch Mary is to cool for that shit. and at begining how she wanted to help Yumeko beat the president so out of character! people that read the manga will know what I am talking about. She isn't the type to be bellow anyone let alone to try to reach a helping hand to Yumeko they just ******* ruined her whole character in a single episode with pissed me off the most.

Now lets talk about the guy they tried make *important* by giving him Mary's place Manga readers will know that in vol8 a similar kind of thing happened but even there he didn't go as mad as here so if they are going to make a s2 how the hell are they going to fix this plot hole they have created in the final episode?

In short I woudn't have been this much dissapointed in the final episode if they at least tried to write a decent and acceptebale final story for the anime original instead of giving us this garbage. with was all thank to the director that thought he could write a nice anime orginial endiing where he coupld put the uninporant Suzui in a important spot by sacrefising the real second MC Mary in the progress.

They either make a OVA to rewrite the bad writing or if a s2 indeed comes start with that manga arc they removed and correct their mistake by over writing it with what they had done in the final episode of the first season.

YOU SURE HAVE A LOT OF GUTS DIRECTOR. FOR GIVING US FANS SUCH GARBAGE ANIME ORIGINAL STORY.

It is good till the final so just watch it till episode 11 and finish it afterwards

 

Never seen the anime but the manga sure has some pretty art from what you posted here.

 

Yeah the mang's art is godtier with is why the anime failed with the art style from the get go

 

@Anru If only the male dude was a beast like in the final moments... feelsbadman how he's just a mere side character on the manga. I feel like there's something hidden about him that maybe the author wanted to portray in the final episode in hope to give the manga readers a sneak peak of what's about to come?

 

Haha no this was all the idea of the director the author hasn't anything to do with it and the guy will be important as he is not a real main character Yumeko and Mary are he is that type of character that was added by a request of the mag editor. so no in the manga he wont become more then supporting character for the 2 main characters wont either become this crazy as in the manga Mary is going to that direction.
