The police just don't care. I have seen traffic cops not stopping ass-holes who jump red lights near Bharathi Nursing Home. There is also a school opposite this hospital. That's right. People jumping red lights in front of a school & hospital and traffic cops just stand there watching.

And, no, their family is not super wealthy or anything. They seem like a middle to upper middle class household.
